Fine’s Beer Yeast increased absorbency with beer yeast extract! The brewer's yeast used in this product is made in the US. Unlike domestically produced brewer's yearst (the byproducts from beer manufacture), it is manufactured specifically for production purposes. A standard FDA item, it can be ingested safely from the standpoints of both sanitation and quality. This product uses dry brewer's yeast with good absorption as its main ingredient. It comes in tablet form, with brewer's yeast extract added (for which cell walls are crushed and nucleic acid, amino acids, minerals and other nutritional components removed from the cells). It is also a food with health (nutrient function) claims, with 20 tablets a day providing 1mg of vitamin B1. Moreover, its amino acid balance - a recent topic of note - is extremely good.
